Quitting caffeine is not something that is particularly easy.
There are withdrawals that people may have at times, and these can be particularly brutal.
Make sure that these are not something you are also getting from using energy drinks.
Stuff like 5 hour energy and Redbull contain other chemicals and ingredients that make them extra hard to quit. If you are using these, what we suggest is quitting these first and then switching to something like coffee or just caffeine pills.
